Job Description

Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced German Speaking Customer Account Support Coordinator to join our clients manufacturing site within the local area.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employer of choice who have a fantastic reputation.OverviewTo provide an excellent level of service to key accounts, dealers and business development managers. Working with key stakeholders to input new orders, working with the Customer / Sales team to ensure the order has the correct specifications, is entered ontothe system correctly and managed through to manufacture and delivered to the Customers satisfaction.Role- Agreeing a production slot with the planning team where required- Configuring the order in the order entry system- Generating a Parts Check if delivery is required quicker than our standard lead time- Clarifying any ambiguous order requirements and ensuring they are correct before manufacture- Generating a Sales Acknowledgement and emailing this to the Customer- Process all Export documentation to a high standard of specification to ensure no issues with transporting products overseas (and into the UK)- Review all amendment requests, assess implications to the order delivery life cycle and work with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery.- Process customer amendments and confirm new details with Customer- Keeping track of amendments and requesting new purchase orders or written confirmation where applicable.- Work with the relevant Sales personnel to ensure orders are loaded cleanly and to a high standard of specification and ensure no errors to the processed order.- Work with the relevant Sales personnel to assess shipping, space planning and document costs etc. to help them create quotesAptitudes, Skills & Personal Qualities:German speaking is very advantageous - Positive approach - Able to use own initiative - Excellent organisational skills - Ability to work calmly under pressure- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport- Excellent telephone manner- Good PC literacy including competence in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook- Excellent attention to detail- Project management skills- Negotiation skills- Good team working skillsBy applying for this position you are giving authorisation for Focused Recruitment Ltd to contact you regarding this vacancy and other vacancies we feel may be suitable for you.We will not present your CV to any clients without your explicit consent.
