Job Description

What is the purpose of this roleAssist in the delivery of all possession requirements, Creating PICOP Packs for the CVL and providing assurance to the plan through assistance and managing change as required inputting and identifying opportunities for the infrastructure CVL. Assist in theproduction and distribution of Safe Work plans and Safe Work PacksWhat will this role involve

  1. Collating information to produce Whiteboard presentation.
  2. Attending PICOP Meetings to confirm arrangements for upcoming possession works.
  3. Collecting, producing, and distributing PICOP Packs
  4. Collation and production of changes to the WON through the Wire process
  5. Liaise with the infrastructure team as directed by the Planning Coordination Manager
  6. Attend all pre-possession meetings to ensure possessions/isolations are of greatest benefit the plan
  7. Briefing planned possession works to all parties
  8. Possession, access and protection assurance through safety checks and inspections
  9. Collate and manage KPIs that demonstrate planned vs actual
What are we looking forEssential
  • PICOP
  • IWA/COSS
  • SWL2/Engineering Supervisor
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have some experience and knowledge of Planning systems in the railway environment.
  • The ability to interface with the many disciplines involved in the delivery of the works.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of and experience in rail industry processes.
  • Detailed route knowledge of CVL and surrounding interfaces
  • Experience and knowledge of planning systems and processes.
