As we embark on exciting new ventures, we are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our elite team and contributeto our continued success carrying out our extensions & home renovations.The role is mainly office based; however, you will be required to carry out site visits at the estimate stage and during construction.You will be responsible for and expected to undertake the following duties in accordance with our values, policies, and procedures:

Creating detailed estimates from drawings using.
Completing tenders issued by external Architects.
Getting prices for special orders that plug into your estimate.
Site visits pre-estimate.
Making use of relevant computer software such as Excel, Word, and Autodesk DWG TrueView and any future estimating packages.
Update the master rates sheet with real time rates.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as an Estimator, and extensive knowledge of residential construction.

Resilience, determination, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Good commercial awareness.
Good numeracy and data analysis skills.

You have a full driving licence.
