As the division continues to expand, we are excited to be seeking a dynamic and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join ourteam based in Cardiff.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment process, exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with key stakeholders. and cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.Key Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions within professional/ engineering services.
  • Utilise existing networks and develop new relationships to expand client and candidate databases.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Actively contribute to team targets and objectives, while also demonstrating individual initiative and drive.

Skills & Experience Required
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on permanent placements.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Relevant industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
