Job Description

Business ManagerLocation: Coryton, Cardiff BranchAre you a motivated leader with a passion for providing exceptional service to clients within the industrial market Are you ready to take on the challenge of driving our Cardiff Branch to become the foremost recruitment provider for manufacturers and supplychains across South Wales If so, we want you to join our team as a Business Manager.Role Overview:As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our established branch in Cardiff. You will be responsible for overseeing operations and new business management within the sectors. Additionally, you will develop and manage a team of recruiters,taking ownership of a P&L and driving the growth of both existing and new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve their full potential
  • Oversee operational and new business management within the Industrial and Driving sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and client retention.
  • Take ownership of a P&L, ensuring profitability targets are met and exceeded.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industrial market.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Successful career history within the recruitment industry, with a proven track record of achievement.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development within the relevant sectors: Driving, Industrial, Commercial, Construction & Manufacturing.
  • Expertise in client retention and operational management.
  • Previous experience managing within a recruitment business, with a successful operational billing background.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage recruiters, with a focus on growing existing and new business opportunities.
