This role will focus on permanent recruitment working within professional services.The position offers a warm desk with existing clients, the ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment process, exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently deal with key stakeholders. and cultivate and maintainstrong client relationships.Key Duties:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for permanent positions within professional services.
Utilise existing networks and develop new relationships to expand client and candidate databases.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for roles.
Provide exceptional service to clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, including hiring managers and decision-makers.
Actively contribute to team targets and objectives, while also demonstrating individual initiative and drive.

Skills & Experience Required

3+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on permanent placements.
Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with high-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Relevant industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
