Our client is looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff!This role offers a salary of £34,935 to £36,773 per annum and requires you to work 35hrs per week.Continually improving is at the heart of what we do. So, if you are passionate about social housing and making a difference and have great customer service skillsalong with a can-do attitude, then why not applyAbout the role:The Compliance Officer role will ensure our client and its managing agent clients are legally compliant by managing all cyclical maintenance contracts and management plans relating to fire, asbestos, water hygiene, lifting equipment and radon.The Compliance Officer position is a busy, varied and challenging role and you must be able to demonstrate good technical knowledge coupled with effective planning and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and to work on yourinitiative. You will be an effective communicator and team player with good IT skills.About you:A relevant HNC or equivalent NEBOSH, IOSH, IWFM qualification or other relevant and proven experience is essential for this role, along with experience in implementing and monitoring annual and cyclical service programmes, compliance databases & managementplans.You will need a driving licence and have the use of a car every working day.
