Our client is in search of a dedicated Assets & Sustainability Administrator to become an integral part of their vibrant team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff.As an Assets& Sustainability Administrator, you will report to the Head of Assets & Sustainability, you will also be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service to the team to ensure the smooth running of the department. Additionally,you will be liaising with the Compliance and Maintenance Teams to provide support as required.Salary: £23,624 - £24,867 per annumHours of Work: Full time, Permanent (Hybrid)Assets & Sustainability Administrator Requirements:They would particularly like to hear from candidates who have experience of working within a busy office environment and carrying out administrative tasks to a high standard. The Administrator position is a busy, varied, and challenging role and you mustbe able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of asset management software is desirable but not essential for the role.You will be educated to GCSE or equivalent level and have excellent written skills with the ability to produce documents such as letters, minutes, and short reports in a professional and well-presented format.
