Job Description

Private Treatment Advisor | Business Development department | Tollerton, Nottingham | Full Time, PermanentSpire Nottingham Hospital are looking for a motivated and driven Private Treatment Advisor to join their team and support the PTA team in delivering the local hospital volume and sales targets, marketing initiatives and business development objectives.Spire Nottingham Hospital is a state-of-the-art private hospital. We offer consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology. Appointments available at a convenient time, you can usuallybe seen in as little as 24 hours. Were committed to looking after you.Duties and responsibilities

  • To respond to all prospective self-pay patient enquiries in order to meet volume and sales targets. Inbound enquiries will be over the telephone, email and face to face with patients.
  • To convert enquiries into both out-patient and in-patient appointments as appropriate in order to meet conversion rate targets.
  • Ensure that all patient information provided is received and recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act, GDPR and Spire Healthcare plc policies.
  • Provide accurate and prompt quotations and information to attract the maximum percentage of non-insured business to the Hospital, ensuring that the sales database is maintained to a high standard
  • To act as a contact point for self-pay patients from enquiry to treatment.
.Who were looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role/admin role.
  • Previous experience working in a competitive, commercial market place.
  • Track record of successful delivery in a similar role, increasing sales revenue and volumes.
  • Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
  • IT literate and a competent user of the MS Office suite of products.
  • Proactive and able to self-motivate. Able to manage own workload effectively with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
