Summary Were looking for botha part-time and a full-time Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Calke Abbey. (Internally youll be known as a Food & Beverage Team Member).Hours:

Full-time role will work 1950 hours per year - Youll work predominantly weekdays with some weekend working required.
Part-time role will work 1170 hours per year (on average 3 days per week) - Some weekend working will be required, likely one weekend day per week.

This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year Salary:£9.60 per hour - The salary offered here is for all who apply even if you are of school leaving age.Duration: Permanent contractInterview Dates: 9th & 10th February 2023 What its like to work here Reporting to the Head Chef, youll be based at Calke Abbey, one of the East Midlands top 10 visitor attractions. The newly refurbished restaurant serves local and seasonal produce, including organically reared meat from the estate.As well as the house, Calke is popular with visitors looking to explore the gardens, pleasure grounds, stableyards, and the 600+ acre estate including an ancient deer park, wetland and nature reserve. What youll be doing With your love of working with people, positive attitude and desire to provide an excellent service, youll supportthe Kitchen Team in the successful delivery of our menu. Your duties will include basic food preparation and cleaning. From time to time you may be required to assist the front of house team to ensure our customers are looked after when they visit our Foodand Beverage outlet.Youll receive a bespoke induction, allergen/food safety training and the coaching required to fulfil in role.
