Job Description

Our North-East Leicestershire client are keen to recruit two internal recruitment resources for a six month fixed term contract, for a full-time position. Working Monday to Friday 37 hours per week.The company is uk based with their main head office in Leicester, where this position will be based as bothsuccessful applicants will be required to work in the office full-time. If you are looking for your first steps into recruitment this is the rolefor you.The role will involve delivery of an efficient, effective recruitment service which ensures the attraction and employment of right people, right time with right skills through campaign coordination and managing individual recruitment requirements up to thepoint of offer.You will be required to review andsift throughapplications, communicating with candidates in regards to their application,selling the benefits of working.Ensuringthat all campaigns are delivered within agreed timescales to deliver the required numberof candidates for operational roles to meet the workforce plan.Co-ordination and facilitation of candidate interview/assessment days, be able to share knowledge of best practice recruitment, partnering closely with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless service. Ensure that feedback is delivered to candidates in a professionaland timely manner and that SLAs are met so that targets are achieved.As well as the ability to build a rapport with a diverse range of people, youll also havea proven track record of managing the end to end recruitment process including volume and hard to fill roles within a fast paced recruitment environment.Have expertise in using a breadth of attraction methods with should include direct sourcing experience including social media channels. Be confident and articulate and able to connect with people at all levels with a strong customer focus,able to demonstrateattention to detail, any previous experience of working in an advisory capacity, providingguidance and support in line with company procedures.Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines in a busy, office environment will be required, plus good ICT, Word and Excel skills.If this new recruitment opportunity is what you are looking for then please apply through theweb site as we look forward in hearing for you.
