Job Description

ThurmastonPermanent£25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata)Part time hours (15 hours per week) 9am - 1pm Were on the lookout for an experienced HR Generalist to join our well-established client based in the Thurmaston area.About the role:As a HR Generalist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Record and analyse human resources process metrics and recommends improvements.
  • Assists in resolution of conflicts and provide coaching and counselling on employment matters.
  • Participate in performance management activities including employee development planning.
  • Provide staffing and recruiting support.
  • Create employment contracts.
About You:Do you have previous experience as a HR Generalist To be considered for this HR role, you will have good all-round HR knowledge familiar and able to deal with most HR queries and processes i.e. investigations, disciplinaries, capability, maternity etcThis role is based in a manufacturing environment, it would be an advantage if you have previous experience within a similar role. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team.
