Job Description

Are you an experienced Hr Advisor CIPD level 5 qualified looking for a change of career but only want Part time If so this could be the role for you!My client is looking for an experienced Hr Advisor to join their existing team on a part time basis.As their new HR Advisor you will

  • Be the first point of call for HR generalist advice
  • Keep abreast of payroll, pension and benefits processes ensuring ability to cover in periods of absence
  • Direct liaison with third party payroll provider in ensuring accuracy of information leading to an accurate and timely payroll
  • Collate, analyse and report on people data as required
  • End to end case management of employee relations matters as allocated within the team (includes absence management, disciplinary, capability LTS, grievance)
  • Support and drive the effectiveness of the recruitment process; overseeing administration and contributing to selection processes as required ensuring a high quality candidate experience
  • Support the delivery of the induction and new starter onboarding, including administration, ensuring a great candidate experience and continuous improvement approach
  • Ensure learning and personal development activity feeds into the overall training plan for the site by working collaboratively with the Learning & Development Coordinator and the wider HR team
  • Support HR Manager in roll out of HR policies and any HR and business projects
