Job Description

ThurmastonPermanent£23,000 - £25,000 per hourMonday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pmWere on the lookout for a Customer Service Manager to join our well-established client based in Thurmaston.About the role:As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day management and support to a team of customer service advisors
  • Ensure any customer complaints are resolved and dealt with correctly
  • Conduct 121s, performance reviews and set objectives of the team
  • Build effective relationships with clients, couriers and suppliers, looking at continuous improvement
About You:Do you have previous experience working within an office-based Customer Service Manager role To be considered for this role, you will have good communication skills, good leadership skills along with the ability to work under pressure.It would be an advantage, though not essential if you have previous experience in the construction industry.This role is based within a supportive and friendly team.
