Temporary "Customer Service Advisor" - could lead to permanent ! Immediate start - Thurmaston, LeicestershireGreat company to work for and a friendly small team to join !- Responding to customer emails - Answering phones - Placing orders using SAGE - Checking stock using SAGE - Adding samples to our portal - Raising purchase orders for fabric stock - Experienced customer service / administrator - Team player - Can work well under pressure - Uses initiative to work alone and problem solve - Using excel on a daily basis - SAGE experience preferable or similar system. - Confident on the phone - Happy to take on additional responsibilities as and when needed - Reports - Checking orders and POs Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5.30pm - Salary £22k - £24 k per annum - Immediate start.
