Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Contract: Permanent/Full time Location: Thurmaston, Leicester, LE4 Salary: £19,000-£22,000 The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a thinking company in Thurmaston, LE4 who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team. As a Customer Service Administrator, your daily responsibilities will include the below: - To have excellent administration skills. - Booking appointments. - Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries. - Handling customer complaints. - Processing customer orders ensuring that they are delivered within arranged time frames. - Liaising with the accounts departments ensuring that accounts are up to date. - Handling inbound and outbound calls. The successful Candidate will have to have exceptional customer service skills ensuring they are handling all enquiries and customer complaints. The candidate will also have a positive attitude while having the ability to communicate knowledge effectively withinthe team. The candidate will be adaptable and able to prioritise your workload within fast paced and ever-changing workload/environment. In return you will be paid an annual payment of £19,000-£22,000.
