Job Description

Campaigns ManagerSalary- £22,000-24,000Part time (30 hours a week flexible)Longevity- PermanentAbout the CompanyOur client is a leader in their market, and has been established in Leicester for a number of years. They pride themselves on the unparalleled level of service that they are able to offer and they currently have an exciting vacancy working closely with DepartmentHeads to help support different areas ofthe business.About the opportunityThis role is responsible for creating, executing and monitoring the performance of a suite of campaigns to ensure each campaign achieves its agreed objectives. It provides a set of key resources required to help meet their sales targets.The companys campaigns create a key channel to market their services and they need to continue to grow the right channels and continue to forge relationships with key industry influences and third-party providers.This role will need to work closely with the Social Media Manager to develop integrated campaigns that the companys target audience can identify with and want to engage with.You also need the ability to be very well organised and manage projects from beginning to end, working with the companys Copywriter and PR external agencies to deliver the right campaign assets across all channels.Duties and responsibilities of the Content Specialist include:

  • Create integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns to gain new customers and build repeat business
  • Execute, monitor and measure each of those marketing campaigns
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows our guidelines
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers
  • Research, monitor and segment data for campaigns
  • Building segmentation lists, engagement campaigns and workflows in our CRM system
  • Work within a budget and report any overspend
  • Ensure the companys brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Preserve the consistency of copy and messaging across all campaigns
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including Sales and Partner Marketing to optimise all marketing activities.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off
  • Collect and use data to inform and improve new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
  • Take responsibility for the organisation of any trade shows or exhibitions.
  • Track/measure and report on online behaviour and content/campaign consumption/engagement
  • Ensure all editorial content is re-purposed across campaigns, social and other relevant channels
  • Deliver weekly reporting against agreed KPIs covering campaign performance and results
Skills Required:
  • Project management skills: you will have to work with a budget and meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns.
  • You will need to manage the organisations output effectively and intervene if things are going off-track.
  • Numerical skills are needed to acquire data and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success each campaign.
  • Experience of using CRM systems, ideally Hubspot
  • Strong grasp of marketing skills, including copy-writing, basic knowledge of digital marketing practices including SEO and Google analytics
  • A strong understanding and background in developing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Practical knowledge of how to plan, execute, manage, and troubleshoot the organisation on events
  • A keen desire to learn more about current trends and tools used within advertising, branding, audience development and marketing comms
  • Ability to liaise with suppliers and ensure deadlines are successfully met
  • Creative flair and ability to adapt to different genres/topics and platforms
  • Minimum four years proven experience as a campaigns manager or related role
