Job Title: Office Administrator Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Leicester, LE4 Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Start Date: ASAP - happy to work around notice periodsThe Commercial Division at SF Recruitment, are currently working with a family focussed, manufacturing business, based in Leicester, LE4. Due to business growth and demand within their commercial team, they are actively recruiting for an Administrator to jointheir fun and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis. As an Office Support Administrator your daily responsibilities could include the below: - Handling inbound telephone enquiries from customers, and providing them with product advice and knowledge - Supporting with reception duties, such as greeting visitors on arrival, providing visitors passes, scanning and filing processed orders and confidential customer/supplier details - Handling a shared company inbox, ensuring that any directed mail is shared across to the relevant person - Supporting the sales support team with processing orders, and making sure that the customer is kept updated every step of the way - Supporting the accounts department with outstanding invoice payments, and payment queries - Maintaining an accurately updated system with customer records, order status, product documentation and confidential information - Completing regular stationery and office supplies checks, as well as ensuring that all office equipment is within the correct compliance guidelines The successful candidate will need to have previous Administration or Customer Service experience and be a true team player. You will enjoy working within a varied role, where you can take on your own responsibilities as well as provide additional support toeach individual department. It is important that you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as well as able to build rapport at all levels. Ideally you will have experience using all the Microsoft Software packages, however, trainingwill be provided for the successful candidate.
