Accounts Assistant Thurmaston, Leicester Permanent £23,000 - £25,000SF Recruitment are working with a brilliant business based in Thurmaston, Leicester. Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their accounts team on a full time & permanent basis. This role reports to and will work closely with the Management Accountant.As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for a variety of tasks but in particular the Purchase Ledger Function. Accounts Payable- Matching of AP invoices - Liaising with wider company to ensure controls are maintained - Running the monthly payment schedules for onward authorisation - Supplier Reconciliations - Manual processing of invoices as required Bank account control- Monthly Bank account reconciliations (Multiple currency) - Posting of required transactions into the NL Month end reporting- Support management accountant in preparation of month end accounts - Key balance sheet account reconciliations This is a full time & office based opportunity.
