An opportunity has arisen with our client based in Wetherby for an Engineering Administrator to join their growing team. In this role you will have the autonomy to manage a variety of procedures within the business, including customer service, works coordination,order processing, supply chain and sales administration. Working from our clients head office, you will be working to ensure that all internal business processes within the engineering department are administered effectively, and resolving any issues thatarise. Our client will offer training and support to develop your business/product knowledge and can offer excellent long term prospects in the future!As Engineering Administrator you will be responsible for: * Actioning and processing incoming orders to the business from customers.* Dealing with queries from service department and resolving any issues that arise.* Receiving goods on the internal system and processing relevant engineering paperwork.* Working alongside management to ensure internal/external engineering processes and works are coordinated effectively.* Following company and industry guidelines as well as compliance requirements.* Ad-hoc stock processing/handling duties, ensuring that product store is kept in an orderly manner.* Creating service reports to be provided to management on a regular basis.* Providing high levels of customer service, ensuring business relationships are maintained.* Processing quotes on the internal system and providing to clients.Skills required:* Experience of working in an administrative function.* Experience of working in service coordination or supply chain (not essential).* Excellent organisational skills, being able to manage deadlines and work to timeframes.* Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.As Engineering Administrator, you will receive a salary of between £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, working full time hours (8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm Friday). You will be joining a relaxed and friendly office with a casual dress code and haveaccess to onsite parking.
