Job Description

Role: Behaviour Support WorkerCompetitive daily rates: £90 - £110Needs: Complex Needs /PMLD/SEMH/ADHD/ASC/Duration: Immediate start, Temp - PermLocation: SE19, Norwood, South East LondonProspero teaching are currently seeking a Passionate Behaviour Support Workers for a Complex Needs SEN School in Norwood, South East LondonKey Responsibilities include:

Cultivating calm amidst challenging situations.
Supporting low-ability children of all age groups (primary,secondary and college level)
Embracing the role of therapeutic intervention within the school.
Nurturing positive relationships with children and young people.
Harnessing experience in working with Autism, Specific Learning Difficulties, and pupils with challenging behaviour.
Showcasing a high level of emotional intelligence and inspiring teams and individuals.
PERSONAL CARE IS INVOLVED IN THIS ROLE

The successful candidate will have:

Experience working with SEN
Happy to do personal care

Training and support given:

Support / CPD / Guidance
