Job Description

Insight Executive Group are delighted to working on a PFI Commercial Manager role for a leading global FM provider to assist on a number of key contracts they have across their healthcare sites in London.This role is a FTC for 12 months, is looking to start ASAP and is paying up to £70k for the successful candidate.The successful PFI Commercial Manager will:

lead on the development and management of risk registers and any dispute management with suppliers and customers
provide assurances to the business that the commercial / contractual imperatives on the contract are being adhered to and that risks are being appropriately mitigated
advise on, and review the ongoing performance of suppliers to commercial terms at account and business level in collaboration with the Regional procurement function
lead the commercial position on material contractual disputes, working closely with the legal and operational team, laying out the recommended commercial strategy and leading the planning and execution of the commercial plan
lead on the commercial governance of the providers lifecycle account responsibilities across the PFI contract
identify develop and collaboratively support profit improvement initiatives

The successful PFI Commercial Manager will be able to demonstrate:

demonstrable commercial technical knowledge of PFI contracts
experience of working on PFI contracts within the healthcare sector
issue/contact resolution skills
