SEN Teaching Assistant | Lloyd Park | CroydonQ: Do you have experience supporting across Early Years Are you wanting a long term - perm role in educationRole: SEN TA across KS1 / KS2Location: Lloyd Park, South Croydon, CR7- January 2024Weekly Pay: £330 - £370 (Take Home Pay AFTER deductions)Hours of Work: 8:30am - 3:30pm / (term-time only)Start Date: January 2024LTF Recruitment are looking for confident, motivated Teaching Assistants to support across EYFS / KS1 on a full-time, long-term basis. This role will be starting in September 2023, working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm. This is an inclusive, vibrant PrimarySchool with a strong support team passionate about supporting their students.Duties may include:

SEN support in the classroom
Supporting in class alongside the class teacher
Delivering intervention activities including phonics
Fostering relationships with staff, children, and parents
Caring and looking after children during break times and lunch times
Supervising children during activities
Managing challenging behaviour
Motivating children and being an excellent role model

Criteria:

Have at least one years experience working within a school.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Be able to quickly build relationships with students and staff
Enhanced DBS Certificate (within 1 year or on the update service)
2 X Refs
Right to work in the UK
