Job Description

Position: Employment and Education Caseworker - TraineeshipsLocation: NorthamptonshireHours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hoursSalary: £25,500Pertemps Kettering are recruitingfor aEmployment and Education Caseworker, within theTraineeships department, for our charity client in Northamptonshire.As anEmployment and Education Caseworker you willreport to the Programme Coordinator and will support peoplewith learning disabilities move closer to the job market and gain employment.You will be able to work independentlyas well as in a team to support the individualsto complete all elements of the programmes. You will also be accountable for learner progression, delivering job coaching, developingemployability skills, career guidanceand employer engagement.As a Caseworker you will be responsiblefor applying and claimingaccess to work, delivering programmes across the Northamptonshire area and will help to support progression, collecting and inputting data required by the programme.Due to the nature of this role, driving is required and therefore you will need access to a car.Personal Experience
