Continuous Improvement Manager Salary £50,000 - £60,000 5% matched pension, 23 days holiday rising with service. Office Based.The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for embedding a strong continuous Improvement culture across this business. You will have responsibility for identifying, prioritising, planning, facilitating, executing and delivering on continuous improvementsfor all departments across the business.The incumbent of this position will be a strong leader with the ability to engage, inspire and drive associates to embrace continuous Improvement tools and use them to drive positive and long-lasting change across their business units. They should encouragecross functional integration and ensure that associates in all areas feel empowered to make changes in a "Just Do It Manner."The Continuous Improvement Manager will have strong organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and project manage in a multi-functional business.
