Milk Education are currently recruiting for Outreach Workers in the Swinton area. This role involves working with students from varying backgrounds, with SEMH needs and esteem issues. You will be working with students that require the consistency in a familiarface and that require a role model who they feel they can build a strong relationship with. You will ensure their education is tailored to how they best learn and interpret. The aim is to support these students in confidence building, and help them to bridgeany gaps in their learning. This role will be based mainly outside of the main centre, in hubs and various other facilities.
