Job Description

Customer Service AdministratorSwinton£20,000 - £24,000My client is a friendly fabric company based in Greater Manchester, supplying UK High Street and Independent retailersThey now have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.Core duties and responsibilities:

  • Entering orders onto the system for processing by the warehouse. Orders come by phone or via email
  • Handling price, stock and delivery enquiries. These activities often involve working with our warehouse and production colleagues to get the relevant information.
  • Handling quality issues and dealing with returns including processing of returns paperwork via the system.
  • Liaising with Carriers over deliveries
  • Checking back order files following stock deliveries
What we need from you
  • IT literate - Microsoft Packages.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Organised, accurate and able to identify priorities to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and to time.
  • A confident communicator with an assured phone manner to ensure our customers have confidence in us and what we tell them.
  • Proactive with a "can do" attitude as we strive to exceed our customers expectations.
  • Outgoing and personable to develop strong relations with existing Customers and build relations with new ones.
  • A team player to ensure they add to the smooth working of the department.
