We are working with a local authority in Swinton to find anApprenticeship QA Advisoron a temporary basis.Salary:£16.96 - £18.91 per hour Location: Swinton & Bury, Greater Manchester Job Type:Hybrid (Variable office days, mostly working from home) Contract: Initial 8 months, until the end of the yearWe are looking for a dedicated Compliance & QA Advisor to support our Apprenticeship funding activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with ESFA Funding Rules and maintaining high-quality apprenticeship provision. The successful candidate will be partof the Learning and Development Team, contributing to the future of Apprenticeships within our organisation.Day to Day of the role- Develop and implement systems and procedures based on ESFA funding rules and legislation. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data management, funding, compliance, and audit requirements. - Verify and maintain apprentices’ details, ensuring compliance with funding rules. - Provide reports and analysis to inform operations and management. - Conduct compliance checks on apprenticeship documentation. - Manage and record apprenticeship data in line with internal and external frameworks. - Act as a point of contact for apprenticeship quality assurance and compliance advice. - Support the Academy and Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring compliance with ESFA regulations. - Maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders to support apprenticeship delivery.Required Skills & Qualifications- Working knowledge of apprenticeships, ESFA Funding Rules, and Apprenticeship Levy. - Experience in supporting Apprenticeship provision and compliance with regulations. - Proficiency in digital platforms including the Apprenticeship Digital Account and Learning Management Systems.
