As Moorepays Off-Boarding Executive you will work closely with Key Accounts, Customer Success teams and other internal service departments to ensure that we effectively and efficiently off-board customers.You will ensure that all the necessary administration, cases and communication both internal and external is completed in a timely manner. The off-boarding of a customer remains a key element within the customer journey and as such you will ensure the termination process continues to be professional, providing the customer support and assistance where required.You will be highly energetic and a highly trusted relationship builder who is passionate about helping customers and thrives in a highly collaborative and fast paced environment.Key Skills & Experience:
