We have an opportunity for experienced Social Worker to join as CP Coordinator.Pay rate - £28/HrYour key responsibilities will include:

Chair Initial and Review Child Protection Conferences using the Signs of Safety for CP and resilience framework.
Be proactive in your responsibilities towards ensuring best outcomes for children and young people subject to child protection including driving multi-agency challenge utilising the outcome resolution and escalation procedures.
Manage a complex case load and prioritise the competing demands and time pressures of ensuring timely discharges.
An expert advice, support, consultation, and mediation on practice issues to Childrens Services staff on individual cases.
