Job Description

Inventory Co-Ordinator£20,000 (pro rata)Due to a significant increase in business demands, my client is looking to recruit an Inventory Coordinator to support a busy and fun e-commerce team. Working across both, Retail and Manufacturing operations, this newly created role requires somebody with a proven background in Co-Ordinating and ideally with inventory/ stock control experience.,.Based in east Leeds this role plays a key part coordinating stock available to meet customer demands whilst working to deadlines.This is a part-time opportunity offering between 25-30 hours with the requirement to flex to 30-35 hours per week during peak seasons (spring and summer months).Your duties will entail

  • Ordering stock from the Manufacturing facilities to be delivered to third party warehouses across the network
  • Forecasting stock to ensure all locations have availability to meet customer demands
  • Monitor and liaise with the Carrier Network to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Provide updates and information to the wider team
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Sourcing of Third party (3PL) Carriers/Distribution Partners when needed
    • To be considered for this great opportunity, you will demonstrate the following skills;
  • Experience in Purchase Orders, Supplier Management and Procurement
  • Experience in a busy administration role, requiring excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in Sage and Amazon Market place platforms would be advantageous
