Due to expansion of our People Team, we are currently looking for a new management team to lead at one of our brand-new Retail Operations centres based in the East Leeds Area. We believe our people are the best in the business, they are friendly, expert and professional.Main purpose of the job:As part of the senior management team, you will report directly to the Operations Manager The Cosmetic RefurbManagerwillbe directly responsible for allactivity in the Bodyshop and the repair of vehiclesMain responsibilities:

Ensure the BCA values and beliefs are upheld.
Defining the KPIs to ensure the operation runs correctly.
Workforce planning and management to ensure the department runs to optimum staff levels at all times.
Ensure contractual obligations are met.
Manage, direct and lead theBodyshop.
Promote and leadthehealth & safety andwelfare of all employees within theBodyshop.
Responsible for thequality in Bodyshop production and the repair of vehicles in accordance with agreed standards, processes and protocols
Assist in managingSLAs and KPIs
Assist in managingtheCompanyssuppliersincluding their health and safety whilst on site.
Be active in the development and integration of ISO regulations.
Contribute fully to Company initiatives, projects and processes, and support positively the aims and ambitions of the Company.
Lead, respond positively to, and encourage beneficial change.
Promote work quality and a right first-time culture.

Skills and experience required:

Experience in managing a Bodyshop
Experience in a line manager role
Experience of working in a fast paced, high volume operational environment
Able to demonstrate high-level organisational skills and an ability to communicate a variety of information and instruction to operational team members and first line supervisors
Experience in reviewing, analysing and producing data
Have a strong background in Managing at a senior level and managing a large team.
Delegate responsibility appropriately and effectively.
Ability to motivate a team to deliver objectives and meet targets.
Must be able to correctly comply with quality and standard operating procedures but also to regularly and objectively review and implement improvements.
