Job Description

Our client is recruiting for an experienced Customer Host to join their front of house team, based in the LS15 area of Leeds.Customer HostLeeds, LS15 4LG£9.50 per hourFull Time, PermanentPlease Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the UKOur client is a prestigious and busy serviced office centre, with over 600 members occupying the space. You will be responsible for supporting the Front of House team to ensure customers request are handled in a timely manner. Passionate about quality andservice, creating a space that all customers, members and visitors can enjoy.As the Customer Host, your job will involve:Housekeeping

  • Carrying out routine checks on communal areas
  • Cleaning restrooms, restocking dispensers, and emptying bins
  • Monitor tea and coffee supplies in communal areas and ensure always well stocked
Customer Service
  • Dealing with client requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Covering front desk when required, meeting and greeting visitors and answering phones on behalf of clients
Meeting Rooms
  • Providing refreshments to all meeting room occupiers
  • Cleaning and preparing meeting rooms at start of day and after each meeting
The successful Customer Host will have / be:
  • Strong customer service skills and genuinely passionate about providing outstanding service
  • Good verbal communication skills, understanding importance of listening to customer needs
  • High levels of attention to detail in work
  • Basic IT skills - able to use MS Outlook
  • Experienced cleaner / housekeeper
  • Front of house / Receptionist experience would be an advantage
