Are you an experienced Software Manager looking to join a growing organisation and your next challengeOur client, with offices based in Swavesey, is seeking an experienced Software Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working on a hybrid basis Monday to Friday.As Software Manager, you will be responsible for managing a software team, sourcing, developing, implementing and maintaining new and existing software products for the organisation. You will directly managing your software development team, 121s, appraisals,mentoring, training and coaching, allocating workload, software progress reviews, project management, budget management, software testing, bug tracking, project planning, dealing with accreditations, and much more.To be considered for the role of Software Manager, you will have a proven track record of working in a similar level role, managing a software team, 10 years software development experience, an understanding of digital & power electronics, knowledge of GigEvision and Ethernet, project management experience along with familiarity of source control systems.
