As Scientific Support, you will be joining this growing and well-established organisation thatare known to promote from within.Working as part of the Marketing team you will be the person providing Product Technical Support in a busy and varied role as you get involved in various areas of the business.Based on the outskirts of Cambridge you will find it an easy commute with lots of parking available.As the Scientific Support, you will be working as the Technical Support Specialist for the organisation and will be given all the tools to make a real success of the role as you put your stamp on the position. Suppliers, etc.As the Scientific Support, you will be:

Providing technical support by email, telephone and webchat, to customers and colleagues.
Creating, maintaining and updating the content on the site as a resource of technical queries and answers to common queries and application questions.
Administering product entry and/or product changes on to business websites.
Providing quotations and responding to UK, European and overseas customer enquiries
Uploading product information
Liaising with suppliers for technical information
Attending suppliers training course both at the office and the supplier’s site to increase product knowledge.
Conducting laboratory testing evaluations to study new and innovative products and compare existing products.
Report writing on laboratory studies on product evaluations and product comparisons.
Conducting app and website testing and reporting of errors bugs to software developer

As the Scientific Support, you will have:

A Scientific degree and or experience of working within a laboratory environment
Excellent communication and IT skills
Exceptional attention to detail
