Job Description

Infinity Recruitment is excited to share this opportunity of Sales Engineer for our engineering client. This is a permanent full-time role based near to Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. You willbe involved with lead generation, sales support and customer account management. This is a great opportunity that will offer the chance to travel.Responsibilities of the Sales Engineer include:

  • You will be required to provide technical assistance and support sales activities to customers and business partners
  • To build a thorough knowledge of the full product range, to create and deliver customer training.
  • You be required to collect and report market and application intelligence gathered from customer interactions.
  • You will be required to manage demo equipment and product literature
  • You will attend trade shows as required
Essential skills and experience required for the Sales Engineer role:
  • You will have an Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to write and deliver presentations to large audiences
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and in person, including to people for whom English is a second language.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to apply knowledge and experience to fix real engineering problems at our customer sites
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams.
