Job Description

As a member of the Sales Team, you will work to maximise the sales of the Companys products to wholesalers by providing outstanding customer service to inbound calls and enquiries.You will be accountable for:

  • Providing professional customer service to inbound calls and enquiries in a timely manner
  • Encouraging orders to be placed through the online sales platform.
  • Maintaining accurate sales administration data in the company CRM system.
Responsibilities and Duties: You are expected to work with customers and potential customers in a professional and timely manner at all times, demonstrating outstanding levels of service and the Companys convenience offering to ensure the achievement of sales in line with budgets agreedwith management.It is your duty to provide accurate, honest and timely responses to all opportunities and confirm agreed actions and outcomes in writing via email. You must behave and demonstrate at all times the core values of the business.You are required to carry out sales related administration tasks; including maintaining up-to-date information on all customer interactions in the CRM database including Tasks and Opportunities. At all times you will work as part of the Sales Team, communicatingwith and supporting colleagues to achieve the Companys sales and profit targets. You are expected to attend meetings as requested and perform all reasonable instructions and requests made on behalf of the Company; you may also be requested to support the requirements of the Directors of the Company.Experience and requirements

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to develop strong business relationships
  • Competent IT abilities
  • Experience of CRM, particularly Sage CRM would be advantageous
