Are you an experienced Property Manager or have previous management experience within the property sector Are you looking for a new challenge that will allow you to put your knowledge and skills to good use, whilst exercising independence over your ownrole An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a property management team leader within a flourishing and dynamic real estate company based in Cambridgeshire.As team leader within the residential department, youll be responsible for a team of successful property managers, motivating and supporting their development so that high occupancy, rental income and tenant satisfaction standards are met for all. Youll havea chance to apply your excellent leadership skills whilst managing all aspects of team performance, from training and 1:1 appraisals to mentoring and identifying issues. Youll be working closely with the head of residential, reporting any concerns and assistingthem with any tasks with the aim of enhancing service.
