Job Description

My client is a rapidly expanding business on the outskirts of Cambridge, with great transport links. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking for an Operations Administrator to join their family feel team on a full time, permanent basis.Main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Keeping the database accurately updates
  • Working with external stakeholders on the progress of projects
  • Ensuring contractors are invoiced accordingly
  • Supporting the manager with database audits
  • Answering telephones and replying to emails
  • Ad-hoc support to the team
The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of working within an office
  • Good customer service skills
  • Experience with a CRM system is desirable
  • IT proficiency including MS Office
  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken
  • Strong teamwork skills
