Job Description

POSITION:Junior Business Analyst/Order PlannerSALARY:Depending on experience -Including OTE up to £35K a yearBENEFITS:Company Pension,25 Days holidayHOURS:Mon ? Fri 9am ? 5pmLOCATION:Cambridgeshire, CB24 4AEDESCRIPTION:Established over 33 years ago, our client is widely recognised as the UK?s only exclusive distributor of premium electrical kitchen appliances and housewares.Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a Junior Business Analyst/Order Planner, who is enterprising in their approach to business and looking for that challenge to advance the already very successful business.JOB ROLE:The Junior Business Analyst/Order Planner will be

  • Reporting into Sales Operations Manager.
  • Responsible for all internal analysis and reporting across all functions (sales, customer sales out, purchasing, stock etc.).
  • To proactively look at all the reporting functions, to see how the company can continue to improve.
  • To liaise with sales team on any ad-hoc reporting necessary for customer meetings etc.
  • Manages all live stock feeds with current retailers and direct websites.
  • To work closely with existing teams to assist in forecasting, creating and placing orders with suppliers.
  • Responsible for all delivery bookings, liaising with Operations and Logistics Manager/Warehouse Manager.
  • Will play a key part in the drive to modernise systems and processes over the coming years.
    • THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Will have excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in working with data to find, interrogate and present the relevant information.
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence and ability to present findings to colleagues and senior management.
  • Be able to work in a team and on own initiative.
  • Live within a commutable distance and have the right to work in the UK.
