This is a brand new and exciting post. The company have a fantastic ethos and working environment. As the HR Manager you will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, supporting managers through the employee lifecycle and participating in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategicgoals of the organisation. The HR Manager will: *Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, including role specifications, advertising,*Liaising with agencies, screening, selection and assisting with interviews*Prepare job offers and ensure appropriate contracts are issued *Assist managers with onboarding of staff and oversee any offboarding.*Management of monthly payroll and pension processes*Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees and managers*Monitor employee attendance to identify and address absence trends and areas of concern*Ensure that training needs & other recurring themes are identified from the appraisal and performance management process*Work with managers to identify appropriate training *Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinarian, grievances, absence, retirement The HR Manager will have the following:*High level of professional ethics and integrity*Ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments*Commercial acumen and pragmatic approach to HR with the ability to support strategic decision-making effectively in a growing business*Comfortable managing both strategic projects and day-to-day operational issues*Experience in developing and implementing HR procedures and policies across the employee lifecycle with a focus on efficiency and clarity *Experience in advising managers on complex employee relations cases*Previous experience in a standalone role or small business would be beneficialFor more details on the HR Manager post, please contact Lisa ParsonsINDENG
