Job Description

We are proud to be recruiting a HR Business Partner for this technology manufacturing business based in north Cambridgeshire who have around 100 employees (and growing) based at their UK site.The role is being offered on a hybrid working basis, at least 2 days a week at the office, please only apply if this working pattern is what you are looking for.You will be the main support for the Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, finance and administration functions. You will collaborate and act in the areas of recruitment, talent management, performance management, career development, employee relations, compensation planning, change leadership and wellbeing. The tasks are very varied and challenging and, to be successful in the role, you will require well-founded specialist knowledge together with excellent social skills for working with people at all levels in the organisation and internationally.To support their team, they are looking for someone who is committed, proactive and enthusiastic in delivering HR services and someone who tackles routine tasks just as energetically as more complex issues that require open-mindedness and creativity.About you

  • Qualified to degree level, ideally having completed further training in human resources (possible CIPD qualified)
  • Professional practical experience of supporting managers with a variety of human resources isues/intiatives in a fast moving environment (ideally technical)
  • Basic knowledge of employment law and experience in supporting managers on employee relations issues.
  • Experience in the field of digitilisation / business process improvement (ideal to have)
  • Service oriented and a hands-on mentality
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good cooperation and teamworking skills
