Hands on Embedded Software ManagerThe company develop unique solutions used in Machine Vision hardware and are looking for a Software Manager with bare metal embedded expertise to lead a small team. This is a hands on role where initially, approx. 50% of your time will be spent on coding/developmentwork and 50% management activities. This will slide more towards management and away from development as the team grows in line with their expansion plans.Reporting direct to the CEO, this is an ideal opportunity to make your mark in an expanding company with an international reach. There are lots of imminent projects including a move to ARM processors and a restructure and modernisation of their codebase (7product families).There are opportunities to collaborate with the Machine Learning community and if desired, play an active role in standards groups.Embedded Software Manager essential requirements
