I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client who operate in a niche sector. They have a vacancy for a Customer Support Engineer to joint their time at their site based in Cambridge. The successful Customer Support Engineer will be working 60% of their time travelling to Europe, Asia and US providing high level technical support through customer onsite visits installing the companies products and assisting the customer with queries andproduct training. When not travelling, the Customer Support Engineer will work in the office in Cambridge providing internal customer support to customers and engineers.
