Our client based in Swavesey - Cambridgeshire is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their new and exciting Customer Service Team. You will be part of a new Customer Service Team and have the chance to grow with the company.Full Time There will be a rota for 37.5 flexible hours from Mon-Sun.As the Customer Advisor you will be responsible for: Effectively dealing with customer contacts and orders across all channels of communication, including telephone, email, chat and social. Achieving high levels of accuracy and quality of work Delivering an outstanding customer experience Efficiently handling customer queries with empathy, knowledge and understanding Processing customer orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Working positively across all teams and departments to solve customer queries.The successful candidate should have: Experience working in a customer-focused and fast paced environment. A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers. Excellent listening skills, can easily build good rapport with customers and display empathy. The ability to work well under pressure and have good time management skills. Experience in the use of Microsoft packages. The ability to prioritise workload, whilst being organised and efficient. Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
