Job Description

Sales Ledger Clerk / £27,000 - £30,000 / Runcorn / PermanentAdaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business based in Runcorn who are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team.Package:

  • Salary £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
  • Permanent
  • 25 Days Holiday + BH
  • Hybrid Working pattern
Location: RuncornJob Duties:
  • Daily posting of all bank receipts to the sales ledger
  • Reconciliation of bank statements
  • Resolving customer queries
  • Issuing customer credit and debit notes
  • Raising invoices and sending them out daily
  • Review aged debt daily and drive for results to meet targets
  • Perform month end procedures including producing and sending monthly statements.
  • Supporting wider finance department
Who will I report intoThis role will report directly into the Credit ManagerWhen will interviews be taking placeInterviews for the Sales Ledger Clerk will be happening ASAPIdeal experience
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment with high volumes
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience working on Sage ERP and MS Office
  • 1+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable is essential
