Job Duties:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be dealing with customer phone calls in a professional and effective manner.
Accurately and timely data entry and job creation onto our TMS system.
Work as part of the customer service team to create a best-in-class experience for WS customers.
Delivering excellent customer service to all WS customers.
Monitoring and managing email traffic and responding to customers in a professional and timely manner.
Manage and resolve customer queries, primarily land queries.
