Job Description

I am working for an exciting and leading international business that is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfilment Co-ordinator to be part of their transport & carrier departmentThis is a critical role between the business and their customer base overseeing the final part of the customer journey. In this role you will be working cross-functionally including fulfilment, courier partners and 3rd party logistic partners.Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:

Owning the carrier relationships and their performance against SLAs

Daily capacity planning for outbound deliveries with carriers

Carrier forecasting and financial planning

Resolving operational queries raised by the carriers, the warehouse or customer services

Working with the ecommerce team ensuring that products are set up with the correct carriers

To be considered you must have:

Recent transport/carriage/logistics, eCommerce fulfilment or operations experience within another commercial and volume focused ecommerce operation

Day-to-day operational planning and analysis experience

Advanced Excel skills

Time management and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The ability to work in a fast-moving and deadline driven ecommerce operation

Confidence in managing carrier relationships and their performance
