Nursery ManagerWe are seeking a Nursery Manager for our nursery that is experienced working with children and has previous supervisory, room leader, or managerial experience.It would ideally suit someone that has either a BA degree in early years education from Uk or overseas university or CACHE, NVQ level 3 in childcare and eduation and additional certificates and training early years education. ence.Starting Salary: £37,000- £45,000pa negotiable depending on experience, paid holidays, excellent further training , progression opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities include: Daily nursery managerial responsiblities , Support the policies, ethos and vision of the Nursery and actively promote achievement in the nursery. Lead and manage the Nursery , evaluate the effectiveness of the provision in the Nursery inclose collaboration with the leadership team. Working alongside babies, toddlers and pre school aged children and ensuring safety and well being of them at all times. Day to day operations and administrative task to manage the nursery including procurement,rota, and banking.Ensure the curriculum supports a range of learning styles and develops each child’s independence.
