Base salary of £25k, rising to £28k after your first promotion

The Role - Financial Associate Recruitment Consultant

Building and maintaining close relationships with clients
Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, and networking
Interviewing candidates and putting them forward to your clients
Being the middleman and overseeing the interview process
Negotiating contracts for your candidates so they get the best deal
Offering market knowledge to your clients
Building a strong online brand for yourself and the business

The Ideal Candidate - Financial Associate Recruitment Consultant

Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above
OR a background in a sales/ recruitment role (working towards targets, alongside commission, cold calling etc.)
Can-do and positive attitude
Target orientated and wanting to progress your career
Competitive nature
Resilient and driven to succeed
